Should I write an addendum? I felt worse on the retake, and considered canceling at the time, but did not because I figured it wouldn't be terrible, but I guess it was. My score went down 3 points on my retake, do I write an addendum?

Unless you have a good reason then you shouldn't write anything. 3 points is within the score band.
As for the second poster, 5 is closer to the margin for an addendum, but in my opinion still beneath it, and still within the score band.
good reasons do not include stress, lack of sleep etc.

I'd personally avoid an addendum at all costs unless the explanation is stellar, and that goes for all addenda. But that's just me. These people have a lot of shit to review, and you pointing out flaws isn't helping.

IIRC, +/- 3 points is the given score band that LSAC applies to all scores, and they state as such on their score explanation.
