My June and October score emails came in at 4:39pm and 4:40pm, Eastern Time. Both times, I recall people started posting their results an hour or two before. If you want to narrow it down further, the release date for June was July 1st, and the release date for October was October 28th. That should let you find the appropriate pages in the waiting threads.

Looks like the first report of grey icons for October was 1:32pm Eastern. I can't even find the damn June thread anymore.

Depends on where you live, I guess. Based on the last two cycles, I wouldn't worry about it (yeah, right) until at least 1-2pm Eastern.

Now that I think about it, even though both of my score emails came at almost the exact time of day, I remember there being much more time between the icons going grey and getting my score in October. So they must have gone grey later in June, possibly around 3:30 Eastern.

icons went gray at 6:30pm in december 2011. we had all just called it a day in the waiters thread, and then BAM. lsac sike out.

Received the email at 2:37pm EST for Oct '13. Had seen it online a few minute prior so, I'd gauge 2:30pm. They went grey about an hour prior, like what ScottRiqui said. At 2:38pm I thought about the score, it's meaning in my admissions process, it's reflection on my studying, and what I should do next. Thought a lot in general. Life. Death. Heaven. Hell. God. The Devil. I decided to retake at about 2:40pm, and signed up for the Dec. test at 3:00pm. Had an early dinner at around 4pm, then spread my PTs on my bed and slept on them in hopes of either learning through osmosis, and that the paper would soak the tears of shame and disappointed that rolled ever so slowly down my cheeks and onto the ancestors of the test that claimed my livelihood and sanity. It started raining that day. It hasn't stopped raining.

So, yea about 2:30pm I got my score; looking forward to getting my Dec. score tomorrow. 8)

Hope that helps.
