Yep, it's the only way I maintain a semi-normal sleep schedule during finals.brotherdarkness wrote:Guess it's too late to help now, but melatonin is TCR for this shit. I have issues with falling asleep (probably due to the obscene amount of caffeine I consume), so melatonin is a godsend.
This. Get back into bed and read.dosto wrote:Read a book or something; computer probably isn't going to help falling asleep.
Wat. Didn't you just advise me to the contrary?scoobers wrote:friends, just remember: the test is in the morning, and you'll be going off adrenaline for most of it. you can sleep for like, two hours, or one hour, or not even sleep, and you will still be functioning perfectly for the morning of the test.
I was more concerned about the multiple tests the night before thingJohn_rizzy_rawls wrote:Wat. That said, she's right. Don't worry too much about sleep. I didn't sleep for even a minute during my first run and did fine because I was hyped up on excitement and coffee.
I'm not nervous this time but I know my body and know I function better on little sleep anyway so yolo, I'll be up for a while.
Oh yeah, that shit's cray. Three PTs the night before the actual test? That's.. certifiable.scoobers wrote:I was more concerned about the multiple tests the night before thingJohn_rizzy_rawls wrote:Wat. K, well, I guess that's marginally better. It worried me to think that someone who had never experienced test day was sure they'd be fine with no sleep and cramming a bunch of last minute PTs.John_rizzy_rawls wrote:No, secondTheMostDangerousLG wrote:Is this your first take?
