Test Day Breakfast: How Early and What To Eat
Seriously want to get in the habit from now. Don't want to have to worry about grogginess, having to use the restroom, being hungry, etc.

Interested in this as well. energy drinks give me a better perform rate but make me need to use the bathroom a lot.

I eat eggs, wheat toast, and some water. Definitely eat. I starved myself the first time and by the time I got to section four, my stomach was growling. I wake up at 6:30 am everyday anyway so grogginess is not an issue.

I have a bowl of oatmeal, 2 eggs, and two pieces of toast (multigrain). Gives me enough carbs + protein to hit the ground running hard for 9:00 am.

I didn't have any issues with hunger in October. For breakfast, I had eggs, toast, OJ, and a banana. I woke up (and ate) about 2 hours before I had to be at the test site.

My test was at 08:30. I woke up at 06:00. What you eat is really up to you, just stay clear of anything that'll fuck your stomach up. I drank coffee, but I would recommend drinking that as early as possible, so you have time to go to the restroom later. Coffee really makes me pee. Ditto on the fluids. Drink a bit, but try to not drink too much. My proctor allowed water bottles, and they had a water fountain outside. I didn't drink my water during the test, but I did drink some water during the break.
For breakfast I ate a sandwhich, hash browns, and a bacon+egg+cheese wrap, all from Dunkin. I felt fine.
Just remember to eat. Nothing worse than taking the LSAT on an empty stomach (I did that during my PTs, felt like absolute shit).
I also brought some granola bar-ish snacks and Kitkats. I brought like 3 Kitkat bars, and like 4 granola bar things. It was a lot, but I figure it's better to have it and not need it, then want it and not have it. The sugar helps give you some energy, I think. I didn't drink 5 hour energy or coffee during the break though.

Heated up some leftover chicken korma, washed it down with a flat corona. Brought fruit roll-ups for snack, 175.

Whether you choose to have oatmeal, oreo cookies, eggs or whatever for breakfast, you should immediately start eating breakfast everyday at the same time in the morning you will on test day so that your bodily functions, digestion, energy level and whatnot are all synched up in a good timing cycle for test day. By starting now it gives your body time to get into a 'regular' routine so that you will be 'regular' on a predictable schedule that will not create an unexpected need to do #1 or #2 at an inopportune time during test day. Yes, this means getting your pooping and peeing timing in order and onto a regular predictable schedule! Once you get into a set daily routine with timing when and what you eat and drink your body will end up with a regular routine of when it wants/needs to expel. It also makes sure you are used to the energy level you will have from the food you eat for breakfast during testing time.
To fully regularize this cycle its also helpful to stick to the same foods so your system is fully used to it and the energy level it gives you for during the test. Oatmeal and eggs is good, but you can pick whatever foods work best for you since it varies by individual and what your typical diet usually is. Some protein and some carbs along with vitamins and minerals are all important for good functioning.

1 Cup of oatmeal
1/2 ounce of flax seed meal
1 cup whole milk (organic yo)
Cinnamon & honey added separately to preference
1 banana
1 greek yogurt
water
vitamins + fish oil
This is what I generally have everyday though so I know it's safe. Plus I stay full for ~5.5 hours (timed it).

Way to make me feel under-prepared.(timed it).
But, honestly, this is what probably saves people at least a point or two on test day so I think it actually makes a lot of sense.
