How do you guys set up your drilling?

I'm using the Cambridge packets but just curious how people go through their drilling. Do you go through a bunch of level 1's and move on or maybe a whole day designated for drilling 1 difficulty necessary assumptions for example.
I've read some of the guides suggesting going through a chapter in the Mlsat for lr then drill accordingly, but obviously some types of questions like flaw consist of over 200. I've been studying for quite some time so I plan on doing the packets in their entirety just for review, but just looking for suggestions to utilize them better. Thanks!
