I'm no longer a student, but I had more time as an 18 credit hour student with part time work than I do with my current full-time job. Do not underestimate the power of Saturday.

Goodbye sweet social life. I had to cut my gym sessions to 3 times a week instead of 5 and reduce my internship by several hours as well. It's still tough to do everything though, so I just wake up 7am daily and sleep around midnight-1am. And weekends are crucial like the posters above have said. BUT, still make time to have fun now and then so you don't burn out.

Also what age is good to go to law school - a couple of my friends say that they want to work before going - isn't that a waste of time?

Also, it is really important to be able to rally quickly from a Friday night of debauchery. Learn that skill and Saturdays will be golden.

i work and am taking 18 credits, and I seem to have plenty of time to study, drink, and do whatever else I want to do.

Why don't you guys just wait for your undergrad studies to be one before embarking on LSAT prep? The biggest problem I had in my last semester of undergrad was motivation. I was burnt out from studying and studying and studying some more. I find it real impressive that you guys are able to cram in some studying during this time period.

If you really can't make time to study for a test that will determine which school and thus which career you have as a lawyer, you probably won't like law school and the time it requires
