Personally I wouldn't waste that GPA on anything less than 170 unless you've absolutely exhausted your prep materials and cannot improve your methods in any way shape or form.

I'd say yes because you're pretty close to breaking HYS, but my official answer is no because I need to start limiting who all is going to compete with me at those schools.
