Anyone care to share their thoughts about the subtle differences between these two question types?

pretty sure mustbe true can be proven out directly from the stimulus above, while MSS there is some wiggle room, but the answer must still flow logically

Exactly right (post above).
MBT:
-Answer will be unassailably true
-50/50 they'll use conditional language
-~2.4/test
~MBT (what we call Most Strongly Supported):
-Answer might be unassailably true, but there also might be a LITTLE bit of wiggle room (very little)
-1/10 use conditional language (the ones that are also principle questions)
-~5.7/test (and rising)
Both would like a weaker answer choice (unless you're diagramming).
