Retake in October - Best approach

Retaking in October 2013. I last took the December 2012 Exam and prepared for 7 months before that. I've gone through all the preptests once took about 20-30 timed practice tests. I've also drilled all the LR question types (Cambridge by Type) and drilled RC by subject.
Unfortunately, I still am not hitting the range I want on my practice tests. I find that I understand the approach and can identify the argument structures, but make reading mistakes during prep tests either due to faulty reading and/or missing content-specific questions (meaning I don't miss certain question types in particular).
What would be the best approach to improve my score?
