June 2007 LSAT question regarding my performance on LG.

Hello everyone,

I have been doing some casual preparation for the logic games section of the LSAT the past two months (I will be taking the LSAT next year at the earliest). I just decided to take a "diagnostic" (not really a diagnostic because I only attempted one section, logic games, under the timed 35 minute conditions) which was the June 2007 LSAT posted on LSAC's website. I finished the LG section in 34:50 and scored an 18/23. I would love to hear from others about the difficulty of this LSAT's logic games compared to those from other test dates. Is an 18/23 a fairly good score on this particular LSAT and should I be optimistic of further improving my scores in the future?

Thank you for all of your help.

DsD 2013.

Its an easy section with a tight curve.

Anyway, -5 is a great start

Agreed. Heck, even being able to finish within 35:00 without having to guess on anything is a great start.

Let's put it into perspective.....

I scored -13 on my first LG section, which was that one, and I had to guess randomly at eight questions or so. Now I'm -0 to -3 per section, depending on timing issues. So you're probably golden.

Yep, great place to start. I'd bet hundreds of dollars on you getting that down to an avg. of at most -1/-2 by test day.
