A Couple Questions Regarding PTs

Hi there,
My first question is simply... where can I actually find these past LSATs? Are they all released online somewhere? Or are they only in book form?
Secondly, I am wondering how the numbering system works. Is prep-test #1 the first prep-test released, or is it the most recent one? Many people say that there is no reason to do beyond prep-test #30; why is that?
I am just starting my study plan now, so sorry if this all seems a little elementary
