Your diagram isn't strong enough to answer that question yet.
Because of the rules, you'd already know that the sales department is either toured on Monday or Wednesday, but not both. I'd split option those two spaces that have not laws because there's only 2 possibilities to work from.
Monday has to be S or P and Wednesday has to be S or O, but they can't both be S because that violates the rule.
You then have 1 scenario that's Monday S Tuesday S Wednesday O and you can figure the whole week from there a second that's Monday P and Wednesday S that's a little harder to work through because sales could then be TW or WT.
There's not a whole lot of efficiency to a global question like that unless you're tremendous at deducing as you diagram initially.
