What is gonna be on the menu for you guys? I'm trying to plan out my breakfast so i can start getting in a routine everyday for the next week and a half. I am drawing a blank as to what I should eat.

Things I don't want to eat: Eggs. (idk why but whenever i eat eggs i end up with a headache)

Eat something with protein and something that won't mess with your stomach. For a snack pack something that will give you quick energy like fruit or a granola bar.

Drink plenty of water the day before and a reasonable amount the morning of making sure to use the rest room before.

I think the correct answer would be eat whatever you normally eat and just about the same quantity of food as well. Something that won't have your system thinking it's a "special day" any more than your system already is aware of.

I think it's technically not allowed and I won't explicitly recommend it, but chewing gum during the test helped me. Be sure to bring a snack, too.

Good luck!

Remind yourself, at the end of the day it's a 4 hour, 100 question multiple choice test. Eat whatever you've been eating.

If you generally eat healthy, eat what you normally eat, if you have normally wash down a Snickers bar with PBR for breakfast, do that.

The KFC™ Double Down has long been discontinued where I live. Luckily I managed to save a dozen of them in my freezer. I have a feeling I'll be thawing out about half of my stockpile come the morning of the June test.

I think I'm gonna go Bagel with Nova, a Starbucks Iced Venti White Mocha (Quad Shot) at ~10am, then drop a deuce at about 11-11:30, then drink a half of a Starbucks Double Shot Energy - Vanilla flavored, then kick the first 3 sections' ass, then finish my Double Shot, then kill the remaining portion of the test.

same breakfast as it's always been for me:

6 egg whites, 2 yolks

3/4 cup gluten free oatmeal

1/2 banana or 1/2 cup blueberries

1 cup of coffee (from my experience, the more coffee i drink, the more anxiety i have).

2 multivitamins w/ ginko biloba.

#1 thing--don't be an idiot and eat something you've never eaten before (bc you don't know how it will affect you)
#2 thing--don't eat something greasy, and don't eat a lot of food, since the worst situation is to use up test time in the bathroom
#3 thing--if you normally drink coffee, drink the amount you usually drink. You're brain is acclimated to your caffeine level, and you will underperform without the right amount of caffeine.

No, lunch after the test will be purely liquid. I'm thinking crown...
One thing is for certain, while not many people will be eating greasy, heavy, hangover food on June 10th, most will on June 11th.

Oatmeal cooked in filtered water with:
flaxseed meal;
raw, organic honey;
virgin coconut oil;
maple syrup;
walnuts;
strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries;
banana;
sea salt; and
cinnamon.

If not a hard boiled egg, try to find another good source of complete protein.

I'd also suggest green or white tea with some honey in it and a lot of water. (However, find out how much water you can drink, and when, in order to be optimally hydrated and not have to use the lavatory before the break.)
