Is there a "ceiling" on RC?

I just cant seem to consistently get down to -1~-3 on RC and this had me wondering if this is my ceiling. Ive taken some of the advice some ppl gave me (thx btw it did help me alot) from my previous post but its so damn hard to be good at this section.
Ive found that LR and games are completely learnable and got both down to -0~-2 consistently.
I really want to score 177+ and it seems as if RC will prevent me from ever getting there.
Anyone want to share their experience?

I have the same problem. In the newer RCs (40+), there always seems to be 1-2 questions where the support for the correct AC in the passage is RIDICULOUSLY subtle.
I think everyone has a ceiling, no matter what the section. Perhaps a better question is: is there anyone out there who is consistently scoring -0/1 on the newer RC?
