Earliest you can sign up for October test?

When is the earliest you are able to sign up online for the October test date? This is important because I want to change my test date which is currently set for June but I only have 3 weeks to do it and October is not available yet.

2013–2014 LSAT DATES
(Registration for the October and December 2013 and the February 2014 tests will begin in late May 2013.)

Thanks, I emailed them and apparently May 19th is when the new registrations open. Thanks
