The 2nd and third cars have to receive the same type of wash as each other and M's car and the car before M have to receive regular washes. So we know the first type of wash has to be a regular wash since the stim says it can't be premium and the rules say it can't be a super. Orlando can only go 2nd or 3rd, but regardless, it must receive a regular wash, because if it's second then it has to match the same type of wash as the third car (rule 3), so it can't be super because the third car would have to super as well since the third car would have to come before M and we know anything before M is a regular wash.
