Necessary and Sufficient Assumption versus Justify questions

Hey everyone,
I'm currently reading the Manhattan LR book. Earlier this I read the LR Bible. The concept of necessary and sufficient assumption is a little tricky for me. Are sufficient assumptions and justify questions the same thing? In the Bible they say adaption questions can be negated but I find that sufficient assumptions cannot, just like justify questions. Also, both sufficient and justify can add the answer plus extraneous information yet necessary questions can not.
