So I started taking Ginkgo Biloba 2 weeks ago and I have found improvement in my RC and LR. I find myself able to actually concentrate on the subject matter without thinking about other things.
Anyone else find similar effects?

I haven't, but it's a good idea. I've been trying things like that (different teas, multivitamins, charting mealtypes by time of day to correlate with PT scores) because even though I know much of the effect I experience will be placebo, it's still an effect. Also meditating before RC has helped me a lot, focus is so key...

I've operated under the assumption that you want about 2000mg/day, 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA. Also I've read that a shitty multivitamin that derives its nutrients from poor sources may actually be more detrimental to your health than taking no multivitamin at all.
