I am registered to take the LSAT in June and have currently been studying for about 3 months. However, my Logic Games score has not been improving enough and I am thinking about buying Powerscore's Logic Games Bible. Considering I have a little over two months to prepare for the exam, is it realistic that I could get through the entire Logic Games Bible before then?

Yes. You might also look at Blueprint. I thought it was better for some things.

I have Manhattan and Powerscore, and I have to say that Manhattan's latest edition is much better than PS, although PS is not bad by any means. That said, neither of those books are very useful if you don't spend enough time drilling with their methods.

Just ordered the Manhatten LG bible myself, I don't expect to be disappointed.

Its not that getting through the bible takes that long, but working through all the games by type does take a while.
