Is the LSAT harder now?

Than it was in June 2011? I've taken the test 3 times, and "underperformed" each time, though my last score was a 169.

I've heard from a friend who has taken it since that it has gotten harder, but I find this claim to be dubious.

Any backup, or am I right?
