Do schools sending fee waivers have early access to results?
I took the LSAT in February and was just emailed a fee waiver from Washington University in St. Louis, which I saw had a median LSAT of 167. I would love to think this means I got at least that on the LSAT. (I did get a 166 on the practice test, but felt WAYYY less confident after the actual test and was guessing I would be in the lower 160's.) Can I raise my hopes a little for my LSAT result or is the waiver probably just based off GPA?

The waiver's probably also based on low application numbers this cycle, and schools want more applicants so they can turn more of them down and look all fancy and selective - it's getting late enough in the cycle they may be really worried.
(Not saying you're a hopeless candidate or anything, just that it's probably nothing to do with your qualifications besides you indicating you're going to apply to law schools.)

The typical schools that send waivers should scare you more then reassure you about your potential score.
