You sound like a pre-pubescent, creepy teenage nerd.

If he did not disturb you during the exam, there is no need to report it. There is no way it would reflect on you negatively. He is not going to be scoring your exam.

Reading though OPs post, we actually don't know if they are a male or female. We also don't know whether the proctor was a male or female.

My initial reaction before reading others' posts was that it was a female proctor. OP's name could really go either way.

Regardless, we all assumed OP was a female lol

Lol I realize that. I'm just saying, we don't know one way or the other. We can only speculate.

LOL. I'm not ever going to law school, but I still come back to this site for threads like this.

Also, please file police report.

It's pretty creepy for anyone who is in a position of power of you to ask you out. Even if there's no explicit quid pro quo, it's implied and anyone with taste and sense would know better than to ask you out in this situation.

Because when I think of a position of authority, I think of an LSAT proctor.

Does either one of us have a duty or an obligation to report to LSAC?
Make up your mind, are you trying to swindle LSAC or are you legitimately concerned about your test.

Either way, welcome to the real world.
