Can any1 take the time to provide the Prep tests in LR Bible

So I want to know all of the prep tests that are in the LR bible. They should be in the back in the index. If you could help me or point me in a place that has it, I'd really appreciate it.

They use PT 1-42 and one question from PT 58, with around 75% of the questions being from PT 28-42
