Principle Q's

Post by jmart154 » Sun Feb 03, 2013 6:06 pm

Hey everyone.

Quick verification question with regards to approaching principle Q's. For Q's that state "which of the following...conforms to the following generalization", the proper method of attack is to find a generalized answer choice that encompasses the gist of the argument, correct? For principle strengthen questions, we are finding the answer choice which posits that premises + conclusion = true, correct? For these questions, is it as simple as finding the choice which links the author's premises to his conclusion? This is what I get for neglecting this question type for too long, I suppose.

Thanks guys/gals.
