How well do you do on UNTIMED pts?

My goal is to consistently get -0~-1 on untimed LR/RC sections before I start doing timed tests but I was wondering how people who score 175+ consistently on timed pts do on untimed pts.
Is it a good strategy to consistently get -0~-1 on untimed pts before starting timed ones?
I'm currently averaging -5~-2 on untimed LR/RC sections (average time to complete each section is b/w 45-50 minutes but im taking more time than necessary just so that I am 100% sure each answer choice is correct or incorrect and explaining, either in my head or taking notes on the test, why it is correct/incorrect)
I am planning to take the June test and have gone over the Manhattan LR/RC books once (started studying for the LSATs about 2 weeks ago)
Games are not a problem at all.
Thanks
