for these, do you guys still match the conclusion first? or simply go through each AC?

I go through each answer choice, but quickly. Eliminating wrong answer choices is quick and easy if you have a firm grip of the stimulus.

Parallel questions in general can be diagrammed, so most parallel flaws involve either false negation or reversal. If the stimulus has a false negation, look for that. Some you may have to diagram, some not; conclusion shouldn't play as big a role here since it is very easily identifiable and won't necessarily indicate the answer alone.

Find the flaw, diagram it (if possible/necessary), go through the ACs and eliminate those obviously wrong (i.e. saying "probably" in the conclusion when it says "always" in the stimulus), spot right answer, check it against stimulus.
That's been my process at least and I've had no problem with parallel/parallel flaw.

Yea, I should have mentioned, watch for certainty vs. uncertainty. If stimulus is logically locked (certain) then answer is as well; if stimulus is "uncertain" (some, maybe, perhaps, might, could) then answer follows.
