Am I Plateauing on my Practice Exams?

I posted a few days ago saying that I got a 143 on my diagnostic (2007 June Test). I studied for a few hours, and took a PT from the 10 Actual Tests book, and got a 152 the next day. I'm happy with a nine point jump, but I've got a few questions:
1) Am I unreasonable to expect a bigger jump - say twenty points? I guess this would be unreasonable after only a few hours of study
2) What is so great about the Logic Games bible that makes people experts? And is there anyway I can find the same tips in a book that contains advice for all four sections?
3) My dream score is a 165 (I know it should be 180) but I'm currently 13 points, or like 22 questions away from that. I see this as impossible and I don't know if I'll actually be able to jump from 152 to 165.
