Opining On December LSAT

Last Saturday, I sat for the LSAT for the first time. I'd been studying for about eight months leading up to the test, and my median PT score was in the low 170s after many tests.
Going in I felt anxious but I was confident I could do well. Thinking back, I felt like my answering of the questions happened almost automatically. The test now feels like a blur and I can remember only a few of the questions. Does this happen to most people? I felt very confident before the test, and figured I'd feel relieved after its completion, but now I feel like I probably rushed through the thing without properly analyzing and answering the questions. At this point, I'm just hoping for a decent score. From what I've read, everything I'm experiencing (namely how uncertain I am about my performance) is normal for the post-LSAT month of waiting. Pass me some more whiskey, it's gonna be a looooooooooooong December.
Just thought I'd put my thoughts out there, I'm sure there are many on here who can relate!!!

The feeling is completely normal. Head over to the december 2012 waiting thread to have some company in what will inevitably be a long month for all of us.

I've taken it three times, and each time I completely forget everything minus maybe a topic of one of the readings and a vague recollection of what one of the games was about. It's all about trusting yourself while you're in "the zone"
Since you've been prepping for so long and doing well, I wouldn't sweat it.

Yep. Same feeling I have. Can't hardly remember answering the questions and from what I can remember I feel like I was on auto-pilot, which doesn't make me feel comfortable about my performance. However, I do remember how I felt during the test somewhat, and I remember I felt somewhere between "meh" to "pretty good". I'm trying to learn to just forget about it and focus on something else entirely until the scores are out. Nothing we can do now but wait.

I will say my experience is completely different and it's a different kind of torture. I remember TONS of specific details, down to the argument core of specificLR passages, the question type, and which answer choices I was torn between. And I WANT to ask what others thought about them but I can't! It's the worst!

I am in the exact same position. My PT scores were in the low 170's about 2 months prior to the test. Looking back, it feels like the entire exam took a total of a half an hour. It flew! I'm beginning to feel hesitant as well, hoping I didn't just rush. But I guess we can just hope for the best and trust that our instincts and prep were right on point! Cheers!
