I saw the mid-test bater responded here and had such high hopes, then I come to see this on topic crap...tuna_finger wrote:Fish and Blueberries
I disagree. Coffee is like a laxative in the morning, because the caffeine gets your bowels working after going dormant during sleep. Wake up early and have a cup of coffee so you can poop before the test. But, I'd be careful about having a large breakfast; definitely wise to avoid "fast" food.BlaqBella wrote: Lay off the coffee, unless absolutely required.
Doesn't this depend on your poop cycle? Not all of us are morning poopers.Cerebro wrote:I disagree. That's fair. For me personally, I can't poop until after I've had my first cup of joe, but it can get pretty darn uncomfortable.BlaqBella wrote:Doesn't this depend on your poop cycle? But I personally do poop in the morning after every morning meal, especially if I eat fruit. Coffee not required.

This x100. Ideally, you've already done a mock test day where you wake up early and take the test at the exact same time as test day. Do what you know already works. I think if you start treating it as a special day and doing things out of the ordinary, you just throw yourself off. Hell, if you usually get 6 hours of sleep only, don't eat breakfast, and drink energy drinks before your PTs and it's working with you, do that on test day.WhiteyCakes wrote:Follow whatever normal routine you usually do. If you usually drink coffee/tea, do that.
