No because I want to post on the 180 page, as I'm sure everyone who has anything investing in this process does.Daily_Double wrote:I concur, or 4,476 [(179*25) +1)].SteelPenguin wrote:We should account for the potential for a same-time post or a foolish poster. This is absurdly silly. Once you start endorsing superstition, just about anything might be able to throw you off on test day. We all need to be in control of our own fate; no silly page number on a thread is going to change how any of us does come test day.
And goodbyes? Why do we need goodbyes if we're starting a new thread?

Re: JUNE 2013 Study Group / Study Partner Thread
True mvonh001, as you and many others deserve to do, I didn't think that one through.
And MDLG, I wasn't suggesting this for any reason related to the test. Actually I was suggesting it because, in these forums, 180 has come to mean the best. And like I said, I like the thought of finishing at 180. I couldn't really care less if we do it or not, it's just a suggestion, and I know that the number signifying the amount of pages this particular thread has grown to will not affect the score each individual member receives.

Also took 65 today and went 99/101 for my first 180. Amazing feeling. Great confidence booster for the final week.SteelPenguin wrote:Just finished PT 65, absolutely crushed it!

Annnnnyway. Why would we want to stop working together at page 180? You guys don't want to keep studying together until test day?Daily_Double wrote:I WILL PERSONALLY END YOU IF YOU POST AFTER THIS POINT AND IF YOU DO, KNOW THAT NO GOD CAN SAVE YOU, YOUR SCORE, OR YOUR FUTURE.
Good luck for everyone who does not violate the sanctity of thread this after this post, it's been real.

It was a suggestion for what is obviously a bluff of a post. And I didn't intend to make that post, it was just in my head at the time, plus I thought it was funny. And I was suggesting the last post contain the link to a new June 2013 thread. Which now that I think about it, seems kinda dumb. That being said, I still like the idea.

Awesome thanks.

lol nah. I need to focus on LSAT. I've been doing 6-8 hours everyday. I want to go over 8 hours. I'm able to handle it. I'm not a little pussy like most people. (OOOHHHH).sublime wrote:Dr. Dre wrote:once I reach 2000 poasts i'm gunna retire (for a while)
I don't believe it. You are going to at least get an alt, right? I vote for "Ice Cube" this time

Question for NoWorries and SteelPenguin are these first takes or retakes? Either way, quite an accomplishment.NoWorries wrote:Also took 65 today and went 99/101 for my first 180. Amazing feeling. What do you do for 8 hours? I could imagine if you were taking June, but 8 hours a day for the next 4 months seems little extensive .Dr. Dre wrote:lol nah. I need to focus on LSAT. Re: JUNE 2013 Study Group / Study Partner Thread
After testing around 176 for 5 tests I just pulled a 169, 177, and 171 yesterday. Had a terrible headache but still felt awful about it and decided to fuck up 65 today. I think it's just a bit of a motivational issue. We've got 10 days now so just try to make sure your motivation is peaking. The finish line is right there.ManoftheHour wrote:LSAT 61 (October 2010):

Overall, -19. 165.
Dude, I feel like shit right now. Last 3 PTs: 165, 174, 165. What kind of pattern is that?! There must be something I'm doing wrong...

I am actually considering doing the same 6-8 hours a day, but I also have a full time job, unlike some people....
I have no job, no obligations.
All I do is drop off my brothers at school at 8am.
Then after that I eat breakfast 8-9am
Then i head to the library.
9-1pm
take break
study from 4-8 pm
or sometimes I do 8pm - 12

Never seen the test before. I saved the last 6 PT's for last because they are all fresh.melmoththewanderer wrote:Question for NoWorries and SteelPenguin are these first takes or retakes? Re: JUNE 2013 Study Group / Study Partner Thread
So I'm just curious where everyone is at with studying and/or taking, since it seems like not everyone here is taking in June, and this is a combined retakers/first time takers thread.
Qs for everyone:
1) Are you taking in June? (I assume yes for 99% of people in this thread, right?)
2) Is this your first take? If not, when did you take it?
3) How long have you been studying?
And for the retakers: have you been retaking PTs, or do you still have fresh material?
