I would do more timed LG sections to increase your sample size in order to accurately gauge what the issue is. 10 mins to spare on the last game is a great position to be in and should generally be sufficient in solving the game effectively. That being said, the last game is typically more challenging than the first three but it shouldn't be making you "fall apart."

Convince yourself that they don't increase in difficulty by doing them in reverse order for a few PTs.

The hardest game is usually the 3rd or 4th game, but it could be a psychological thing. I know for me I tend to get very nervous when I know I have less than 2 mins left. Maybe try mixing up the order or pushing the pace to give yourself 15+ mins for the last one?

Time yourself, but stop checking the time. I find that I do the best when I don't really pay attention to the clock; it's distracting. Just use the timer and try to figure the problems out as fast as you can.
Another thing to consider is doing the last game second and then proceeding from there. This might break it up enough so that you can get over the psychological hurdle. I mean, honestly, the last game really isn't that much more difficult than the other ones, for me (the third one seems to have a trickier set up, on average).
Though, a sure way to get better is to drill more full section AR's.
