Prep 13; section1; 22, 24

So I have seen that you can figure out a pattern for this one by plugging in NOPST continuosly. But if I cannot figure it out, then, would it be the best to plug in every given choices, starting from A? For 24? Is there a faster strategy for solving 24 and 22 or 20?
