Oct 12 Prep Test b/f Dec Test?

Just spoke with an LSAC representative, and he seemed to indicate that it would be unlikely that October's test would be shipped to me prior to my taking the December administration (already ordered it). Is there a history of this usually being the case?

It varies, but it will definitely be available on our PrepTests page for download before the December test.
