How long is an LSAT score good for?

I was just wondering, if I take the LSAT this June (June 2008) and I apply for admission for schools to start in Fall 2010, will my LSAT score still be good, or would I have to take it again? What about Fall 2011? When does the score you get expire? Thanks!

Since your LSAC account is good for 5 years, I think your LSAT scores are good for that long.
FYI: You can only take the LSATs 3 times within a 2 year period.
Anyone want to confirm this?

I think it is somewhat dependent on the school. It stays on your record for 5 years, but I believe some schools require that your LSAT be within the last 3 years or close to it.

Most schools have it listed on their websites.
If you go to the area that explains what you need for a complete application, most of the school I've seen say somthing like "Must take the LSAT after [date] and before [date]

Hi,
Someone explained to me on this forum that our LSAC application is good for ten years, (with renewal) and that the LSAT score is valid for five years. The advice about school specific requirements is good. I checked U of C and read that they impose a four year time limit on the LSAT.
