Retake after 2 years
I took the Lsat in june 2011 got a 162, i haven't done anything lsat related since, i want to start studying again now for june 2013 and am aiming for a 170+, since its been so long since i've studied should i approach it like first time studying or some other way

Well how did you approach studying the first time?

You'll have to re-learn certain concepts anyway, so you might as well treat it as if you haven't studied before. To OP - definitely start from scratch. At worst, you'll be reviewing stuff you already know, which isn't a waste of time.
