Breaking the 175 hump

Does anyone have any advice on how to break over the 175 hump? I consistently test around 172-174, but I just can't seem to break 175. I scored a 169 on the June test after PTing in this range and would feel much more comfortable breaking 175 due to the test day drop. Anyone have any tips?
I guess I should tell you what I'm currently doing for prep - about four practice tests each week with review of every question I got wrong or wasn't quite sure of.
I'd appreciate any advice! Thanks!

I was around there before the June test and also got a 169 (I had one outlier above 174, but it was just that: an outlier) while now I'm PTing more in the 173-177 range. For part of it I went back to basics and tried to fix my glaring errors and consistency issues. They still creep through from time to time, and I'm hoping I can kill it before October 6 and then 180 this sonofabitch.

Thanks for the tip! That's probably a good idea, just go back and review the basics.
Good luck on your retake!

Hit 176 yesterday after going back over some tests and writing down my common mistakes. Yippee!
