Auxiliary Classes for LSAT

It just so happens I'm taking Intro to Mathematical Logic, which deals a lot with flow and validity of arguments. I'm taking the LSAT in OCT.
Has anyone ever taken a class like this? Does anyone know if it'll help me prepare for the actual test?

I wonder how many people cite UG courses as helping them on the LSAT. I know I've seen at least one math/phil major who attributed his quick rise to his UG majors. I'm also taking a course this semester that deals with similar argument structures as seen on the LSAT so I also wonder if I will find any benefit from the course.

I only took an intro to logic course, but it definitely provided a good foundation for the LR and LG sections. Not so much for the RC.

I have no idea if this is actually the case, but I definitely feel my philosophy major has helped with arguments. When in school I would go ~-2 per section on them, I didn't work on them for a while and have been out of school for a few months and now I'm going -5 to -6 on them. I'm not sure how much is having not worked on them for a while, but take from it what you will.
