December 1995, Section 2, #24 (or page 443 (446 for answer choice and explanation) of the Logic Reasoning Bible).

The correct answer is cited as "(E)". This seems factually incorrect to me.

Within the confines of the question, it seems to me that both Mitro and Guadar could have populations of 1 million residents each, and Korva only 10 residents. Korva could then undergo a 10% increase in population, whereas Mitro and Guadar would undergo a 2% increase in population... thereby fulfilling the premises cited in the stimulus, but resulting in (E) being false. It seems to me that (E) would be correct if the answer choiced described having a NUMERICAL increase, yet the answer choice clearly indicates PERCENTAGE.

Am I wrong, and if so, where did I go astray? Thank you for the assistance.
