I had a question about the form of language used in flaw in the reasoning questions. If the passage uses the word "people" to generalize to the population, but an answer choice uses the word "one's", does that automatically disqualify that answer as a contender?
Specifically, I'm referencing pt 65 question 17 of the first LR section.
Any help would be much appreciated!

No. It could have said something like: One's confidence in the overall economy generally takes a pessimistic view...
What is your reasoning for thinking that it could be immediately overlooked? Here we are talking about a general principle that underlies the argument, people and one's is just way of generalizing the people behind that principle.

I just finished the LR Bible, and so some of the concepts are still being absorbed. I thought it might be similar to a shell game. Thank you for clarifying! I also was able to figure out the problem that I mentioned earlier.
