LR1 vs LR2

I'm wondering if there's an appreciable difficulty between LR1 and LR2. On my last couple PTs I've done well on LR2 (-1, -0) and very poorly on LR1 (-5, -6). On both PT's LR1 was the first section overall, and I'm also concerned that might have something to do with it. Have any of you experienced something similar?

No

Sounds like you just need to warm up first.

No difference between the two sections. As a warm up, I suggest re-doing some of the LR questions that you've missed/weren't sure of, and then proceeding to LR1. It is good to get your head in the game before you start.

I experienced the exact same thing when I was studying for the LSAT. I almost never missed any questions on LR2 and almost always missed 2-3 questions on LR1. Eventually, I tried switching LR2 and LR1 (so that LR2 came first) in my PTs. Sure enough, all the sudden I was missing 3 questions on the new "LR1" (which was really LR2 in the actual test) and none on the new "LR2". I guess it was all psychological.

Happens to me as well to a lesser degree. I find that a warm-up section is very useful for LRs.
