I think you're compressing the Bible / Manhattan prep a bit too much. In my opinion, it's better to do those simultaneously and take your time going through the problems. Once you get halfway through, you should be able to start taking timed sections as the latter half of LR and LG prep composes of 1. glancing at very rare question types and 2. heavily finetuning what you learned in the first half. I think a PT every 3 days is about as fast as you should be taking them. I recommend taking a look at each test multiple times and WRITING out explanations to all the difficult questions (particularly the ones you got wrong).

Thank you for your advice. I should have elaborated. I want to complete the prep books before school starts. I want to be able to concentrate on PTs asap, because I believe that is the best practice you can get.

I honestly would just read/skim through the LG books and not worry so much about their examples and explanations. Learn about the possibilities and tools you have available, and then spend your time drilling games rather than having a book baby-walk you through how to do things.

Skimming through a chapter and doing 10 advanced linear games in a row is going to do a lot more for you than reading the chapter and doing a game followed by reading an 8 page dissection of it.

I mean, if you had all the time in the world, sure read through it and take your time. But it seems like you're gunning hard for October, and I recommend maximizing time spent on actual questions and shying away from theoretical/abstract approaches/explanations except as needed when you hit stumbling blocks.

I do highly recommend using the MLSAT forum for specific game setups/questions though (again, as needed).

Yep, I am gunning for Oct so I can apply this upcoming cycle. 168+ or bust. I will only do law school if I get into the top 20-25 schools (t14 preferably) or UNC (in state).
