How much weight can you put into PTs.....?

That you've already done at least once and score significantly higher the subsequent tries? I would think these scores would tend to be grossly inflated since those that have better than average memory would more than likely remember which answers were correct. Is there some sort of system that can be adopted to make subsequent scores more realistic? For example, you score 10 points better on your second attempt of a particular PT because you "remembered" some of the correct answers - would it be sensible to deduct a few points to provide a better measure of your performance? How would you assess your performance this second time around knowing that you remembered a lot of the answers?
