Blueprint + Powerscore > Testmasters?

Isn't it a bit strange that Blueprint and Powerscore offer full answer explanations to their LR and RC assignments in prep courses and Testmasters only provides explanations to parts of the assignments? Can anyone explain why this is? Is it because TM offers more materials and thus has more ground to cover? Thoughts?
