If all of the statements are true, which of the following must be true?

D) Physics papers authored by researchers from multiple laboratories usually report results from experiments using subsystems developed at each laboratory.

Can someone please explain the incorrect reasoning behind this answer choice?

I have noticed that many incorrect answers follow a pattern.

Thanks!

but.....it's classic conditional reasoning....just because A causes B, doesn't mean that B causes A

It's a mistaken reversal that the testmakers place there because students are conditioned to choose what is in the stimulus in MBT questions. All of that answer choice is present in the stimulus, but the answer choice commits the fallacy of reversing the relationship (A-->B; AC says: B-->A)...
