141 Diagnostic, 3 months to study...

Hi All!
I originally had intended to take the LSAT Oct 2011 but with my senior year in college and everything going on, I thought I would rather wait and score really well (or as best as I can) than rush into it and regret my score.
With that being said, I'm taking the LSAT this October 6 at 8:30 a.m. I took my first diagnostic of the summer last week and got a disappointing 141. When I had been studying a year ago, I had gotten up to the 152 range.
My ideal score is 160 on test day and I really want to get into the law schools in my area. Do you think its possible for me to raise that high before test day? I've been studying everyday for at least a couple hours.
Right now I"m using the PS LGB and LRB and I start an online course with TestMasters on June 28 since I can't take the classroom one because it conflicts with my summer school schedule.
Any tips/advice/suggestions on how to study smarter, what to change and if any of you were in my situation and bumped up to the 160+ range how did you do it and what would you recommend?
Thank you so much!
