Legal issues: LSAT Prep tutoring?

If I want to tutor independently... what are some precautionary legal issues I should take into consideration?
I've tutored students one-on-one in the past (not for LSAT), and never had a problem. But with the DaveHall/Velocity/TM lawsuit last month, I'm thinking about planning for things "just in case".
Should I ask students to sign a liability waiver? Could students sue me if they're not happy with their test score? even if I never guarantee them specific score increases, etc? If I do have some kind of liability, what things should I include? I'd obviously disclose my LSAT report to them, maybe log on in front of them, but is there anything else I should do?
