Legal issues: LSAT Prep tutoring?

If I want to tutor independently... what are some precautionary legal issues I should take into consideration?

I've tutored students one-on-one in the past (not for LSAT), and never had a problem. But with the DaveHall/Velocity/TM lawsuit last month, I'm thinking about planning for things "just in case".

Should I ask students to sign a liability waiver? Could students sue me if they're not happy with their test score? even if I never guarantee them specific score increases, etc? If I do have some kind of liability, what things should I include? I'd obviously disclose my LSAT report to them, maybe log on in front of them, but is there anything else I should do?

Make sure they buy their own practice tests. Dont print them out PDFs or anything like that.

Where do people start advertising for private tutoring? Fliers in the library, Craigslist?
