What are my chances of getting a 4th attempt in 2 years?

I think i scored in the 168-170 range. I'm more of a 174 regularly. We didn't start until 2:00 and had to switch rooms due to construction and i was adjusting to new medication after a 10 day hospital stay. I got out on Friday the 8th. What are my chances of getting a 4th attempt?
here's my petition
I would like to file a petition for an exception to LSAC’s 3 in 2 policy due to poor test day conditions and further extenuating circumstances.
Before the LSAT I had a long hospital stay at XYZ hospital from June first to June eighth. On June eleventh I was still not feeling well and adjusting to new medication. I believe that this influenced my ability to take the exam. Further, on the day of the test our testing center experienced poor conditions. Construction noise disrupted the test and we had to switch rooms. Our test center has already contacted LSAC.
If I could be of any further assistance please call me at (555)555-5555 or email me at
abcdfg@email.com. I would be happy to provide documentation for my hospital stay and show that I had just begun taking new medication. Thank you for your time.

is there a way to find out if i can retake before i cancel because perhaps i could do better than Emory even with a 168 and not take two years off.

Website here:
http://www.lsac.org/JD/LSAT/about-the-LSAT.asp
Scroll down to and see Limitations on Test Taking. Just send a letter as an attachment to
LSACinfo@lsac.org, although from personal experience they don't care much about extenuating circumstances. Documentation of hospitalization is good, documentation of medical complications that you might have experienced during the test would probably be better...

Thank you for guiding me toward the right page. I will be faxing in my petition tomorrow morning.
During the test i was on new medication which contributed to my poor performance. here's the body of what i have

I would file the petition, but I honestly wouldn't get my hopes up. You should have just withdrawn from the June exam since you were adjusting to new medication.
