I'm pretty much dependent on caffeine to function at my best, so I will definitely be enjoying some coffee beforehand. Of course, that will be followed quickly by a #1 and #2....

Do whatever you normally do before a test.

I drank two coffees before my test. Had to go right before the first section, during the second section, and during break.

One coffee will do.

However, even though the second section was pure torture as I had to do LGs on a full bladder, I entered into an ultra concentration mode to finish with five minutes to go. I used up all of those five minutes in the bathroom. Got -0 on the section.

Coffee is an absolute necessity for this test. From my experience, I was so sick of taking practice tests that on test day I wouldn't have been alert if not for coffee.

Fair warning:

I drank more coffee than usual and had to pee so badly by the 3rd section I couldn't see straight to take the test. I raised my hand, still working away, ran to the bathroom, leaving the proctor behind, drained the lizard, returned to the test, answered all but 1 question in the section (guessed it wrong, too), and still got 170+. Still, I'd hate to think the bathroom cost me a chance at CCN or H.

You people are out of your minds, I would rather piss myself in section one and sit in it till the writing sample then get up and leave the room with the clock running.

That's why I'm wearing adult diapers.

In all seriousness, I've been experiencing with a dietary supplement (provides energy, concentration, and suppresses my hunger) that I take in the morning and have been timing it right so it kicks in an hour before 12:30 and I come off my concentration high when the time ends. Took it with a practice test yesterday and I scored the best I've ever done. It's a little too late now for anyone else to try this out for the June exam as you have to understand your tolerance and find the right supplement but I can tell you right now I'm pretty confident in it. It's almost as if I get tunnel vision and everything slows down and I'm able to do everything quicker.

Don't try something weird energy drink...
I tried 5 hour energy drink extra strength for the first time and I bombed the first section...

just took 65 and def over caffeinated myself.
