Only if you find that your accuracy is being held back by the time restrictions. If that's the case, then there is some benefit to doing untimed and slowly closing in the time restrictions until you're comfortable with a 35 minute section.
If you have no issues with timing though, then doing an untimed test is pointless. If that's the case, then restrict your timing from 35 minutes to 30 minutes per section. It will help you on test day because you'll always finish every section early, with some time to relax/go over your answers. (:

Sounds like you're fine with timed tests. If time was an issue for you, I'm sure you would have already tried untimed stuff.
In that case, your main untimed activity should be review. That will provide enough in depth, slow work.
