People can find certain sections of the LSAT naturally easy. I had a friend who could do logic games entirely in his head so needless to say, he thought that logic games were too easy.

Of course there are people that find it easy. But this question doesn't really make sense because: who cares if they think it's too easy? It's objectively not, since it does what it's supposed to do for 99.99% of test takers. The only people it fails to rank properly are those who get 120 or 180, since it doesn't have a way of differentiating those people's "LSAT ability" (I don't know what else to call it).

Edit: I guess "rank" isn't the right word, since it's equated, but you all know what I mean.

Of far more concern, I actually find the thing fun!

I think the OP is wondering if there are people in this world that are so smart that not even the LSAT can give them trouble.

The LSAT ruined my life. I find law school exams to be way more satisfying.

Assuredly there are, but the vast majority of them are not going to Law School.

VasaVasori wrote:By the numbers, I would say very few could reasonably make such a claim because only about 30 people get 180s each year.
In addition, in order to qualify as finding the lsat too easy..they have to get 180 with ease...im not sure how those 180'ers felt about the lsat, but im sure 28/29 out of 30 of em prob worked really hard and exerted themselves in order to get that score...

its possible maybe 1 person every year finds the lsat too easy...

^^This.

I was not 100% sure I was going to law school, it was either that or get a teaching credential or a masters/doctorate in English or History (my majors in undergrad).

Along with the facts that teachers in Cali have been getting fired recently, have a crappy salary and everyone hates their union, and graduate degrees in English or History are probably slightly less useless than a Bachelor's has proved to be, as soon as I saw the LSAT I was hooked! If I knew what was on it and that it'd be this much fun, I would have done this years ago!

And for the record, I found LG to be extremely easy as well even the first time I was exposed to them, mainly because I aced my Game Theory class in college and tore up book after book of similar puzzles as a juvenile 'cause I found them fun ;). Rest of the LSAT, not easy.

Perhaps there are people that find the LSAT "too easy" relative to their potential skills as a lawyer? I fear this may be me... :?

I actually felt that Logical Reasoning is naturally very easy for me, whereas Logic Games initially was pretty tough with the time constraint. I find it difficult to imagine that someone could just sit down and ace the logic games in his/her head on the first try, yet struggle with LR.
